The
Four-Bedroom Villa with Pool that
sleeps up to eight is large and airy and comprises lounge/formal
dining room, family room/kitchen/breakfast nook, two double
and two twin bedrooms, three bathrooms, utility room and automated
double garage. It is fully air-conditioned and for the furnishings
and finishing touches a professional interior designer was
employed to ensure a home that offers a very high standard
throughout.
The
Kitchen comes fully equipped with
large American style fridge/freezer, cooker/oven,
microwave and dishwasher. The cupboards are stocked
with more than enough crockery, utensils and cooking
items necessary to entertain a party of eight.
The breakfast nook has table and chairs for four
and this is enhanced by the breakfast bar between
the kitchen and family room that provides seating
for four with high-backed upholstered bar stools.
The Laundry
Room off the kitchen provides guests
with the facilities of a large washing machine and separate
drier, iron, ironing board and cleaning items. |

with a walk-in shower, vanity unit and w.c. This
room also has plenty of storage with walk-in closet
and drawer space. The pool area can be accessed

The Two Twin Bedrooms both have walk-in closets and drawer
space. They share the third bathroom that has a bath and
overhead shower. The bathroom also has access to and from
the pool area.

The Pool and Outside
Area
The rear of the property faces South
West and will eventually overlook the final golf course
that is yet to be completed. At this time the rear
outlook is onto a woodland area, much of which will
be preserved when the course is finished and will therefore
still offer seclusion.
The large private pool with
electrical heating will ensure a comfortable swim
at all times and the covered lanai area offers a
shady retreat from the sun when it gets too hot.
A good selection of comfortable patio furniture for
sun bathing and alfresco dining is also provided.
Sit out in the evening and enjoy watching the setting
